* A security deposit is required for the C-Box hardware. Ownership of this hardware is retained by CloudIT Dept. This deposit is returned in full if the C-Box is returned after service is discontinued.
† A client is considered to be a general purpose computer, including, but not limited to desktops, laptops. Routers, switches and other network hardware, even if managed, are not considered to be clients for the purposes of pricing.
♦ Remote helpdesk functionality beyond what is included in the service level is billed at standard rates, currently $40/hour for home users, $60/hour for business users, $90/hour for business server users.
⊗ Hours included in a support package can be banked for up to three months. For example, a customer subscribing to the C-Box 5 package, who uses no remote helpdesk hours during a two month period can use up to 15 hours during the third month at no extra charge.
